विनायकजी गायके साहेब: समाज प्रबोधनातील एक अग्रणी नेते
प्राध्यापक विनायक महादु गायके (जन्म २ फेब्रुवारी १९५६ ते १४ ऑक्टोबर २००८) हे एक समाज प्रबोधन चळवळीतील अग्रणी नेते व अध्यापक होते. त्यांच्या विचारांमुळे जो प्रभावित झाला तो-तो ज्ञानवंत झाला.
२ फेब्रुवारी १९५६ रोजी महादू रामा गायके व पार्वताबाई महादू गायके यांच्या उदरी पाचव्या पुत्राच्या रूपात ला खिर्डी ता. खुलताबाद जि. संभाजीनगर (तत्कालीन औरंगाबाद) या गावामध्ये साहेबांचा जन्म झाला. पण या कुटुंबाची परिस्थिती अत्यंत गरिबीची होती. भारत देश स्वातंत्र्य होऊन जेमतेम ९ वर्षे झालेली होती. देशात शिक्षणाची व्यवस्था खूपच दयनीय अवस्थेत होती. अशा कालखंडात शिक्षण घेणे ही एक जिकिरीची गोष्ट होती. खेड्यापाड्यात शाळेची व्यवस्था नव्हतीच. पण यातून मार्ग काढत त्यांनी चौथीपर्यंतचे शिक्षण गावातील गायीच्या गोठ्यात भरणाऱ्या शाळेत घेतले.
व पुढे पाचवीपासून तालुक्याच्या गावी पायी जाऊन १० वी पर्यंत शिक्षण पूर्ण केले. त्यानंतर त्यांनी उच्च शिक्षण औरंगाबाद येथे घेतले. पुढे विद्यापीठात त्यांनी समाजशास्त्र विषयात पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण पूर्ण केले. यानंतर त्यांच्या हातात पदवी असूनही नोकरी नव्हती. याच काळात कन्नड येथील शिवाजी महाविद्यालयात जागा निघाल्या, तेथे गायके साहेब प्राध्यापक म्हणून रुजू झाले. पण जो व्यक्ती विचारवंत असतो व ज्याच्यात काही नवीन निर्माण करण्याची जिद्द असते, तो शांत बसत नाही. त्यांच्यातील असलेल्या विचारवंताने त्यांना औरंगाबाद येथील पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू महाविद्यालयात जाण्यास भाग पाडले व त्यांची तेथे नियुक्ती झाली.
पुढे त्यांनी शिक्षण कार्यात स्वतःला सामावून घेतल्यानंतर समाज कार्यातही भाग घेतला. पंडित नेहरू कॉलेजच्या मुलांना घेऊन खिर्डी येथे त्यांनी ग्राम स्वच्छता कॅम्प घेतले. याच काळात त्यांनी काही नाटकांची पुस्तकेही लिहिली. त्यातील एक नाटक “केलंच तुला, झालं मला” या नाटकात त्यांनी स्वतः अभिनय करून खिर्डी येथे सादरही केले होते.
खिर्डी येथील मुले शिक्षणासाठी बाहेरगावी किंवा तालुक्याला पायी जात असत, याची खंत त्यांना सतत वाटत होती. म्हणून त्यांनी खिर्डी येथे माळीसाहेबांच्या मदतीने आपले विद्यालय सुरू केले. पण ते तेवढ्यावरच न थांबता, खुलताबाद तालुक्यातील अति दुर्गम भाग तिसगाव येथे नवनाथ अधाने सर यांना बरोबरीला घेऊन “सत्यशोधक महिला विकास मंडळाच्या” माध्यमातून तिसगाव विद्यालयाची स्थापना केली. ग्रामीण भागात शिक्षणाची गंगा सुरू करून मुला-मुलींच्या शिक्षणाची सोय केली. तसेच बेरोजगार तरुणांना शिक्षण क्षेत्रात व इतर शासकीय, निमशासकीय खात्यात नोकरी मिळवून देण्यासाठी मदत केली.
त्यावेळचे गृहमंत्री मा. छगनजी भुजबळ साहेब यांच्यामुळे ते समता परिषदेशी जोडले गेले व नाशिक येथील समता परिषदेत महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावली. पुढे १९९७-९८ च्या विधानसभा निवडणुकीत ते खुलताबाद-गंगापूर मतदारसंघातून आमदारकीसाठी उभे राहिले, परंतु त्यांना अपयश आले. तरीही ते डगमगले नाहीत. त्यांनी सिल्लोड येथे गोरगरिबांसाठी आरोग्य सेवा सुरू केली. तसेच परितक्त्या स्त्रियांसाठी औरंगाबाद येथे शिलाई मशीनचा कोर्स केंद्र सरकारच्या सहाय्याने सुरू करून, त्यांना सन्मानाने जगण्यास मदत केली व विविध तांड्या-वस्त्यांवर अंगणवाड्या सुरू केल्या.
असे माझे, आमचे व समाजाचे विनायक गायके साहेब हे सर्वगुण संपन्न व अष्टपैलू व्यक्तिमत्व होते. पुढे त्यांना आजाराने ग्रासले.
“जो आवडे सर्वांना, तोची आवडे देवाला” या उक्तीप्रमाणे आमचे दैवत असलेले गायके साहेब १४ ऑक्टोबर २००८ रोजी या नश्वर जगाचा त्याग करून निघून गेले.

The boy named Sudarshan Sunil Rathod comes from a very poor family. Sudarshan’s parents are intellectually challenged and wander for their livelihood. Due to their circumstances and intellectual disabilities, they have not prepared Sudarshan’s educational documents. As a result, Sudarshan is being denied admission to school because he does not have an Aadhaar card or any other documents. Consequently, the future of this innocent child seems to be bleak.
If a child is deprived of education solely due to the lack of an Aadhaar card, it is crucial to first obtain the Aadhaar card. However, since they do not have the necessary documents for the Aadhaar card, the case goes to court, which typically incurs a cost of around 8,000 to 9,000 rupees. Therefore, through this medium, we request you to generously assist in bringing Sudarshan into the educational mainstream. Thank you!
सदरील मुलगा सुदर्शन सुनील राठोड हा अतिशय गरीब कुटुंबातून आहे.सुदर्शन चे आई वडील मतिमंद आहेत,आणि उपजिविकेसाठी भटकंती करत असतात.त्यांच्या परिस्थितीमुळे आणि बौद्धिक विकलांगपणामुळे त्यांनी सुदर्शन चे शैक्षणिक कागदपत्रे तयार केले नाहीत,परिणामी आधार कार्ड नसल्याने व इतर कोणतीही कागदपत्रे नसल्या कारणाने,सुदर्शन ला शाळेत प्रवेश नाकारला जात आहे.या मुळे या निरागस बालकाचे भवितव्य अंधकारमय होताना दिसत आहे.
केवळ आधार नसल्याने एखादा मुलगा शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहत असल्यास ,सर्वप्रथम त्याचे आधार कार्ड बनविणे अत्यंत महत्वाचे आहे,परंतु आधार साठी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे त्यांच्याकडे नसल्याने सदर प्रकरण हे न्यायालयाचे कक्षेत जाते,आणि त्यासाठी साधारणतः 8 ते 9 हजार रुपये खर्च येतो.त्यामुळे या माध्यमातून आम्ही आपणास विनंती करतो की,सुदर्शन यास शिक्षणाच्या प्रवाहात आणण्यासाठी आपण सढळ हाताने मदत करावी,धन्यवाद!
Through the SatyaShodhak Mahila Vikas Mandal, free school bus service has been initiated for students from remote areas belonging to tribal and nomadic communities. The bus currently provides services to students from the remote areas of Thakarwadi (Nim), Nirgudi, Kautgaon, Thakarwadi, and Ghusur Tanda.
Previous Situation: Previously, students had to walk 7 to 10 kilometers to reach school. Many students, parents, and villagers from these areas have shared their experiences of the hardships they faced. The children had to carry heavy schoolbags and walk long distances. During the monsoon season, the difficulties were greatest, as the children often fell ill due to walking in the rain and getting soaked. The poor condition of the roads made it necessary to slog through mud. In the heat, they would suffer from the sun, and in the cold, they would shiver, while facing numerous natural challenges. Despite these conditions, the impoverished children struggled to continue their education. Many girls had to abandon their education for these reasons. The parents were constantly anxious until their children returned home.
Current Situation: With the introduction of the free school bus service, students no longer have to endure long walks. They no longer have to slog through mud. Parents are now at ease, as their children no longer face natural challenges such as heat, wind, or rain. No student will be deprived of their right to free education. The children can now travel comfortably and reach school and return home on time. This free school bus is serving as a lifeline for the education of students in these remote areas.

सत्यशोधक महिला विकास मंडळ मार्फत दुर्गम भागातील आदिवासी,भटके विमुक्त प्रवर्गातील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी मोफत स्कूल बस सुविधा प्रारंभ करण्यात आलेली आहे.सदरील बस ठाकर वाडी (निम) , निरगुडी , कौटगाव , ठाकर वाडी ,घुसुर तांडा या दुर्गम भागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना सेवा पुरवत आहे.
आधीची परिस्थिती : अगोदर विद्यार्थ्याना 7 ते 10 किलोमिटर अंतर पायी चालावे लागत असे.आमच्याशी बोलताना अनेक विद्यार्थी तसेच पालक व सदर गावांतील ग्रामस्थ यांनी आज पर्यंत भोगलेल्या व्यथा मांडल्या.या मुलांना जड दप्तर पाठीवर घेऊन पायपीट करावी लागत असे.पावसाळ्यात सर्वाधिक हाल होत असे, अनेकदा मुले अजारीही पडायची कारण,पावसात भिजत चालावे लागे.त्यात रस्त्यांची अवस्था दयनीय असल्या कारणाने चिखलात पाय तुडवत जावे यावे लागत असे.उन्हात तापत , थंडीत गारठत अनेक प्राकृतिक समस्यांना तोंड देत ही, गोर गरीब लेकरं आपल्या शिक्षणासाठी धडपड करत जगत होती.अनेक मुलींनी या कारणास्तव आज पर्यंत आपले शिक्षण अपूर्ण सोडले आहे.कारण मुले घरी परत येईपर्यंत पालकांच्या जीवाची प्रचंड तगमग होत असे.
आताची परिस्थिती : मोफत स्कूल बस सेवा मिळाल्यानंतर ह्या विद्यार्थ्यांची पायपीट थांबली आहे.त्यांना चिखलात पाय तुडवत चालावे लागणार नाही.पालक देखील आता निर्धास्त झाले आहेत. उन ,वारा ,पाऊस या प्राकृतिक समस्यांना सामोरे जावं लागणार नाही.कोणताही विद्यार्थी आता त्याच्या हक्काच्या मोफत शिक्षणापासून वंचित राहू शकणार नाही.आता ही निरागस लेकरे आरामदायक प्रवास करून वेळेत शाळेवर आणि परत घरी पोहोचू शकतील.अशा दुर्गम भागातील विद्यार्थ्याच्या शिक्षणासाठी हि मोफत स्कूल बस एक संजीवनी म्हणून काम करत आहे.

Previously, my sister and all of us students had to walk long distances on foot, as there was no other option; education was a priority. We endured many hardships, whether it was sun or rain, but now our organization has provided excellent facilities. My sister, Netal Gokul Chavan, now comes to school by the free school bus. She arrives at school on time and returns home on time as well. We no longer have to worry about her, and we don’t have to wait anxiously for her return. मी देखील माझे शिक्षण याच शाळेतून पूर्ण केले आहे,आणि आता माझी लहान बहीण देखील येथे शिकत आहे.या अगोदर मला , माझ्या बहिणीला व आम्हा सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना दूर पायी चालत यावे लागायचे,त्याशिवाय पर्याय नव्हता,कारण शिक्षण पूर्ण करायचे होते.आम्ही खूप हाल सहन केले आहेत.उन असो पाऊस असो आम्हाला पायी चालत यावे लागायचे.पण आता खूप छान सुविधा आपल्या संस्थेने दिली आहे.माझी बहिण नेतल गोकुळ चव्हाण आपल्या मोफत स्कूल बस ने शाळेत येते.ती आता वेळेत शाळेत येते आणि घरीही वेळेत येते.आता आम्हाला तिची काळजी वाटत नाही,आणि ती परतण्याची वाट बघत बसावं लागत नाही,त्याबद्दल आपल्या संस्थेचे मनःपूर्वक आभार!
